So, this is my first "tag" experience. But what the heck! I'll give it a shot.

1. It's the most delicious fattening time of the year, that we should embrace without shame, but with love
2. It's sad that sometimes it's hard to publicly say what you're thankful for especially to family, so we should always be saying what we are thankful for.
3. It gives me a great excuse to make my yummy yam stuff, and eat it daily for like 2 weeks

1. It is the most wonderful time of the year, seriously!

You are hilarious. It was so fun reading all those facts about you (which is why I tagged you)!!! You will seriously LOVE that sweet pork. The roast is gigantic for just the two of us to eat, so we literally ate it all week long. One day we put it on rice, the next day we put it inside burritos, and the next day we made salads with it. Needless to say, we still aren't sick of eating it. That's how good it is!!! Enjoy...and call me if you need the salsa recipe!!!
