Birthdays... Just aint what they use to be

Yesterday was my birthday. My way cute sister Mary had spent the night, so she treated me to a McSkillet for breakfast. It was so good! We watched a movie then she had to go. So, the rest of the day I cleaned. Jon was way great and came home during lunch to be with me. We had a little pizza party for dinner and Jon skipped out on school, and we watched IRON MAN. Oh, and let's not forget he made turtle brownies for me. I didn't really want cake this year, and so - because it was my birthday after all, I requested brownies. Some really great friends dropped off goodies for me, text me, and called me. It was really nice. Jon is taking me to Park City today for a night away, while my mom watches the kids. THANKS MOM!! That, in and of itself, is worth gold. I've been complaining about how I don't have any dresses, so that's Jon's gift to me. Sometime this week I'm going dress shopping. I can not WAIT! Thanks everyone, especially Jon, for making my birthday so great!
