So I was tagged by Jana, doing the whole 6th folder, 6th picture thing... (Who came up with this 666 stuff.... not my personal number of choice. :) )
This is a picture taken in May 2005. I am on a choir tour in the east, and this is a picture of.... something. I can't even really tell you. I do know we were in the Niagra Falls town (Canadian side), and it was eerie! I kid you not! They were trying to be like a mini Vegas or something, with a ton of crazy things down this road. And the whole city seemed desolate! Abandoned! Besides those who worked there, we were alone. I liked the falls, but would never want to stay here again. Not to mention the crazy amounts they charged on everything! I'm sorry if this is a place any of you reading this love, because I don't love it, at all.
So, to pass on the fun, I'll chose my victims! :)
1. Go to my documents/pictures.
2. Go to my 6th file folder.
3. Go to my 6th picture.
4. Blog about it.
5. Tag 6 people to do the same

I tag: Becky, Rita, Michelle, Torri, Nicole and Jen Clark

Johnson Mill or Bust!

My best friend and I escaped for a midweek getaway! We stayed at Johnson Mill in Midway. It's the prettiest place on earth! Seiously! I love me and him time. We become best friends all over again. He is so amazing!

Here's a morning haze\cloud outside our balcony. It was so beautiful! There were just sprinkles of snow coming off the roof, so everything was sparkling! Literally. I would love to live here. I would also like to own my own bed and breakfast.

Because I can't remember the last time I had a decent picture taken of me, I just help the camera along now, distorting my face as much as possible, to hide the fact that I just am not a pretty sight. :)

This guy on the other hand. Roar! Such passion! Look at those whistful eyes and tempting lips! :) Babe, your hot. Wish you would rub off on me!

Thanks to my sista Beck for taking the kids! I'm thinking they were naughtier than what she is making it seem like... you rock pal! Love ya! And love you babe!

Spaghetti Lover!

Like father like son! :) This shot is just a classic. Ben and my camera flash are not friends. Pictures never do him justice because he's always blinking! So, I put this video on, so hopefully I got some good footage.

Adam got his call!!

I went a little overboard with these pictures, but I just found them on my computer and they made me happy. So now they get to go down in my history!

Adam and I (my brother) always pretend that we are twins. There is.... 6 years between us? Yeah. But, who cares. :) We have always been the best of friends, and now he's going away! So here's the story... it's great.

He got his call just this Wednesday. He was In Ephraim doing the school thing, but rushed home as soon as he found out it was here. I felt bad because Jon and I were on our little retreat, and my brothers and brother-in-law are all out of town, so we couldn't be there. But we were all on speaker phone while he opened his call.

So, he opens it and starts reading............... "you have been called to the Boise Idaho, Spanish speaking mission... " Things got awkward! Nobody really knew what to say. Going here wouldn't be a bad thing, really. But, because it's the one mission always joked about, it was.... weird! For lack of a better word. My dad prompted Adam to keep reading, so he did. At the end of the letter, the last line said, "Now, please open your real call to see where you are going."

Hilarious!!! My parents are so rotten, but AWESOME! Adam through the paper and stuff at my dad, while my dad just laughed and handed him his REAL call. Everyone was freaking out! It was so classic. Loved it. So, for the record, the true record. Adam is going to PERU! I had even told Jon that day that I thought it would be Peru or Thailand! It's that twin intuition I think!

We are so excited for the last missionary out of our siblings. Adam is going to work so hard! He is one of the greatest young men I know. Actually, he IS the greatest I know. We love you buddy!

My Sweet Angel

Lydia loves doing makeup with Mom.

I personally think it's adorable. I look forward to this time together.

Lydia also likes to make cookies with me. Here we are making snickerdoodles... can you guess which ones Lydia rolled?

She is such a good little helper. I love her and Ben so much. I can't wait to have another one....... at the end of this year.... JUST KIDDING!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Fellow Compound Peeps

So these are pictures of my windows and doors... obviously.

I'm just curious if this is about how it is in your house each morning...

If this is how it is, I feel your pain! Other than this, I love our house. :)
